FAQs
IMPORTANT: Yearlong fees shown in full amount and split payment days. Semester shown for that semester. Payment Plan.
Q: |
When looking at courses be aware ALL YEARLONG shows the price of the two semesters together. You do not pay the entire fee for yearlong upfront. It is split to pay half in the fall and the other half in October as to make sure teachers are paid for their work, and prevents dropping of yearlong classes. Teachers put a lot of work, prep, and time in making yearlong classes. Please view all form for pricing. Semester classes will reflect only that fee due that semester. If you are in need of a payment plan please contact Aundrea Hildreth by text at (336) 671-4927 and we will see if we can assist you.

Trinity Home Educators Fees
Q: |
What is the monitoring fee of $100.00 paid in the Fall and Spring semester go towards? |
A: |
The monitoring fee allows us to obtain federal background checks with fingerpriniting on all monitors. This fee is costly and limits us from doing one person from every family as some co-ops do. Safety is very important to us. We do pay a small amount to parents that have committed to be at the co-op all day on Wednesdays and half a day Thursday. It guarantees we have the needed coverage for safety, to help students, teachers, and families. Also, to keep study hall cost low we us it to help in paying an adult to be there for the year. |
Q: |
What is the facility fee of $100.00 paid in the Fall and Spring semester goes towards? |
A: |
We have fees that must be covered for the use of the host church, Covenant Grace ARP Church, for Wednesday and Thursday. Our insurance, that we must maintain, comes from this fee also. Paying our host church for supplies. |
Q: |
What does the $70.00 registration fee paid in the Fall and Spring semester go towards? |
A: |
This goes directly to co-op cost, banking (checks also), and website fees. |
Q: |
Who decides course fee and materials fees? * Yearlong Classes reflect the year cost which is divided between the semsters. Please see "Drop Policy" as for the dates of payment. |
A: |
Teachers decide the cost of their fee and material fee. It determines on the same factor as many co-ops which are preparing for class, grading, materials provided to the class in hand outs, cost of the curriculum the teacher will need to teach and outside the class time the give for students to reach out to them for questions/help. |
